Invoicing and payment request

Send Payment Requests to your customers through email to get paid confirmations for any pending bookings.

How it works

  • Enter the guest details of the payment link.
  • Click "SEND PAYMENT LINK"
  • Before sending out an email to the client, confirm if details are correct on the preview
  • If all is well within the email preview page. You can either;
    • Click "SEND PAYMENT LINK" - The system sends an email to the client with instructions on how to pay.
    • Copy the payment link - Just above the email preview you will have a link which you can copy and send to the client.
  • As soon as payment is received - you will get an email notification of the payment,and print a PDF receipt for that transactions

Charging Virtual Card

A virtual card is a digital card of a specified amount where the details are sent directly you without needing to print and use them for a limited time.

How it works

  • Enter virtual card payment details
  • First & Last Names - Enter your client's names.
  • Email Address - Enter your client's email address.
  • Click "PROCEED TO CHARGE CARD"
  • Several card payment options will be availed to you.
  • Please do ensure that you select the correct card processor.
  • For card billing details, use the hotel's address details.

Managing and Updating availability

How It Works

  • Click on the bookings tab on the left of your screen.
  • Click on calendar
  • If you wish to update availability over a short period of time (max 15 days), select start and end date then click go then update the available rooms box for the specific days.
  • If you wish to update availability over a long period of time click on the select date range text on the left of the calendar fields.
  • Select the date range and update the availability on the reserveport fields. Then click on the update availability button to save the changes made.

Enhancements and Activities

How It Works

  • Click on the Rooms & Rates tab on the left of your screen.
  • Click on enhancements then add an enhancement. Fill the form and click on Save.
  • To add enhancement rates, click on enhancement rates, then click on add new enhancement rate.
  • Fill the form and click on save. (ensure the enhancement rate is for the specific enhancement intended)

Adding Discounts

How It Work

  • Click on the Rooms & Rates tab on the left of your screen.
  • Click on Discounts/special Offers, then click on add new coupon button on the top left of your screen. Fill the form and click on save.

Managing Special offers

How It Works

  • Click on the Rooms & Rates tab on the left of your screen.
  • Click on Discounts/special Offers, then click on the special offer or discount you would like to update. Edit the form the click on the save button.

Managing Rates

How It Works

  • Click on the Rooms & Rates tab on the left of your screen.
  • To add a room, click on add new room button to the top left of your screen. Fill the form, upload images and select the room facilities then click on save.
  • To edit room details, click on the name of the room which you wish to update. Edit the form and click on save.
  • To add rates, click on rates under Rooms and rates tab. Click on Add new rates tab;
    • To add a base rate (applicable the whole year) check the always button alongside applicable.
    • To add a seasonal rate (applicable over a period) check the Short-Term button alongside applicable then select the date range in which the rates are to be applicable.
  • While filling the form, first row is for the price of 1 person, to add for 2 person click on "ADD NEXT SET" fill the fields with the rate, to add 3 and 4 people and so on… click add next set and fill the fields; this is the adult rate.
  • To add child only rates click on the child only rates tab and repeat the process as in adult rates tab.
  • To add the rates for a child sharing with an adult click on Child rates tab and fill the fields.
  • Once done, click on save.
